My room was quite nice and included complimentary minibar drinks! the hotel is located in a very central area, that was easy for getting around. breakfast was excellent with food made to order. I enjoyed the good service.
The gym, although adequate, lacked a bit of attention. Some equipment needed maintenance! the pool area, while nice, did not have enough seating during peak hours. i think more loungers would make a big difference.

The breakfast was acceptable and did meet my basic expectations for a continental offering.
I found a couple of problems with my stay. the air conditioning barely functioned, even after I reported it. The room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my entire stay. I encountered significant delays when trying to get assistance from the concierge.

I found staff to be super friendly, so helpful and all smiles! The rooftop bar had amazing cocktails and tapas, great for evening relaxation. Breakfast rocked. The selection included eggs and pancakes made to order, a true feast! The hotel decor looked really fine, art was everywhere, it gave a very luxe vibe.
The overpowering fragrance throughout the entire hotel almost makes me to believe they might try to mask another odor. It is everywhere from the lobby to the room.

The hotel staff seemed happy to help when I needed information. I needed help with taxi bookings and everything was easily arranged. The doormen were awesome, always ready to assist with any needs.

The hotel is located in a great area near main tourist attractions. It had walking distance to many popular attractions. Easy access to transportation made getting around seamless. This spot made exploring super convenient!

The staff was attentive. we were offered cava upon arrival, a pleasant touch. the room was cleaned twice daily. we also benefited from a turndown servicewith a chocolate. the complimentary minibar had cokes, beers, and water. It was a welcome amenity.
the room i had had practically no window, so there was little natural light, a bit of a disappointment given the sunny location.

The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety. i noticed eggs, pancakes, and meats were made to order. the rooftop bar offered great cocktails. Tapas options were available too. I saw that it had gorgeous views.

The hotel showcased art throughout. The interior design seemed fine. the room safe accommodated a 17-inch laptop with ease. multiple ipads and phones could also be stored. the location was close to main tourist locations and public transport!

The Junior Suite was AMAZING!!! It was a beautiful two-story room, and it was stocked with drinks daily. Alex, the doorman, was helpful with local restaurants and places to visit. He always greeted us with a smile! Christiano made my birthday special with fantastic room service.
I was surprised that the gym had limited equipment and space for a 5-star hotel.

The hotel's location is superb, really close to major attractions and the main shopping area. It was easy to get a taxi quickly because the staff were always ready to help guests get transportation, so that was really useful.

The rooftop restaurant had a wide range of delicious food choices, and the courtesy chocolate was great. Continental breakfast is definitely worth getting. The quality was very good. I enjoyed trying the local dishes!

The staff at the front desk were true masters of hospitality, so kind and helpful. Everyone was always smiling and greeting us as we returned, so cute. The entire staff seemed to be really dedicated to making us feel comfortable!
