My stay at this hotel highlighted exceptional service, with staff going out of their way to cater to every need. The artistic ambiance and cleanliness made the experience delightful. However, we encountered some issues with room readiness upon arrival, which affected our initial impression. The dining experience had a few hiccups as well, but overall I felt it provided good value for money.

I had an incredible stay at Hotel Claris in Barcelona, which was like living in a piece of art.
